As sisters of some seriously busy parents, they had to rely on eachother. They could be as different as night and day but ALWAYS had each other’s backs and were extremely close. Val misses Penny every day, Penny always knew when Val was falling apart inside even when she never let anyone see it.
A little overkill never hurt nobody. By now I think everyone knows how much Val hates the Queens.
