My headcanon for Sara and Reyes is seriously full lol. She’d so used to hiding the hurt and worry behind jokes, sarcasm to keep everyone’s spirits high. A defense mechanism she and Scott learned well dealing with their Mother’s illness. Reyes adored her from the beginning, but knew he loved her the night she was fully vulnerable and cried in her sleep.

He’d never tell her, just pull her hair back from her tear damp cheek while she drifted back to deep sleep. 

  • Vidal matched her spontaneous spirit and a romance quickly ignited.
  • She feels more focused on the mission, without having a Romantic interest on board.
  • Reyes is Portuguese and S.American heritage.
  • Sara is African American and Spanish heritage
  • She doesn’t have to use the translator to speak to Reyes, Ellen encouraged speaking Spanish in the house.
  • He calls her princesa when alone.
  • As much as she wants to trust him 100%, she knows he has interest to protect and she has her own as well.
  • She’s not been 100% forgoing with everything with him either.

I’m salty still over the fate of Mass Effect Andromeda. Saltier than I was during the ME3 ending debacle. At least we got some good DLC from that horrible piece of writing. And a decent fan-made ending that I will always use. Andromeda…full of potential and great lore and fights. Salty and sad, still. Anthem better kick ass or else I’m done with Bioware. Something I never thought I’d say.

Fear – Expression Practice

Please don’t sneak up on Valentina. Hell, sneaking up on anyone in the Waste is a bad idea, Val’s just a little bit jumpier than most and always armed.

Fear was a bitch. So many ways to do it and so many ideas stuck in my head I had to really think about how Val would react and what fear was. Thanks to @helloaschefire who made me explain what fear was to me in the waste, and it was something along the lines of: “Waking up to a feral leaning over me about to munch my face!”  But then I thought of a million other things that would cause face cracking fear… I’ll draw them later lol.
